In talking about Dopplr, TripIt, foursquare and Yelp with @dlumberg, @shadow and texburgher I got thinking about integrating a local location based network and a dopplr or TripIt. I agree, I use Dopplr & TripIt.  TripIt has better with traveling tools and makes it easier to schedule trips.  The integration with Flight Tracker makes TripIt a better tool, hands down.  For purely travel tips & “serendipitous” meetings Dopplr is a winner.
